Weather-Resistant Perfection

Our portable pickleball courts are constructed with AQM’s specially engineered high-impact polypropylene plastic tiles making them tough enough to withstand any weather condition.

Whether it’s scorching heat, heavy rain, freezing snow, or slippery ice (be cautious), our courts stand strong.  Each tile measures 12 inches by 12 inches by ½ inch thick, and every edge measures 12 inches by 2 ½ inches by ½ inch thick, with a 1-inch expansion.  They are shipped and installed in 4 foot sections, for easier installation and removal.

These high-impact polypropylene plastic tiles which make up this portable pickleball court are designed to be inflexible, ensuring a firm, flat, and uniform game court.  Their rigid strength even allows them to support heavy weights like cars without damage.

Pickleball Court Construction

Across America, municipalities are swiftly installing new pickleball courts and refurbishing aging tennis courts. The fast-growing popularity of pickleball has sparked a surge in demand for court construction.

According to the USA Pickleball Rule Book, a recommended minimum playing surface of 30’x60′ and a preferred size of 34’x64′ are advised.   The actual playing lines measure 20’x44′.

Whenever possible, it is advisable to maintain a north-south orientation to minimize the sun’s glare on the players’ eyes.
