The Nantucket Islands Land Bank (“Land Bank”) is on the lookout for talented professionals to step up and make their mark in the expansion of an existing racquet sports facility (the “Project”) on stunning Nantucket Island. Picture it: additional game courts for pickleball, paddleball, padel, and tennis, along with accessory structures, parking, and all the necessary infrastructure.
We need a Designer who can weave together a brilliant design and engineering plan, bringing this remarkable Project to life. Your tasks will include site assessment, feasibility studies, conceptual and schematic designs, captivating community and permitting board presentations, precise cost estimating, and the development of construction documentation and specifications for public bidding.
